What's your backstory?
Guillermo and Julio, co-founders of Supervisor AI, first met six years ago while working together at Yaydoo, a fintech startup in Mexico. As the CTO and technical lead, Guillermo and Julio collaborated closely on multiple projects, building a strong professional bond and trust in each other's abilities.
The idea for Supervisor AI was born from their firsthand experiences with the inefficiencies in sales processes they observed at Yaydoo. Guillermo noticed that the sales team struggled with inconsistent performance, manual tasks, and a lack of actionable insights, which led to missed opportunities. These challenges inspired the duo to explore how AI could provide a solution—automating repetitive tasks, offering real-time feedback, and delivering insights that help sales teams perform at their best.
